Default Can you crop/zoom in?

This may be a totally ignorant question from a new amateur (I did check the FAQ's!) - is there software (not too expensive??) that allows you to crop an area of the screen when editing, i.e. zoom in in software? I have Pinnacle Studio 9 but it doesn't appear to. Thanks!

Adobe Premiere Elements will do that (Circa £50/70 euros).

Alternatively get the trial version from a cover disk and make sure it does exactly what you want.

Good Luck
