Default Static snow effect
Hey guys
Im new here. Im making a video right now, and was wondering how to make that static snow effect. Like when u dont get reception on a tv, u get that black and white fuzzy screen, does anyone know how to do that, or know where i can download a short clip of it and loop it over
Any responses would be appreciated
