Thread: Please help me it's urgently

Hello guys, i'm making an intro and what i've done till now it's uber awesome but i need at the beggining of it a flash on a blackscreen.
Forgot to mention that i am using sony vegas pro 10
So, there's a black screen with some sound effects and then BAM a light explosion(flash) and the drop of the dubstep song begins and the intro i made in C4D starts and dubstep keeps WOOOM DOOM BOGOGOO CHOOM TOOOM WOOB WOOB and the camera moves over the text and the text explodes and the dubstep WOOOOOOOOO TET ET ETETETTET EGIK JOOO JOKOKOTE and then the camera just FLIES!!!! into the text and KABOOOOOOOOOOM the intro ends.
That's what I want, but i just don't know anything about Sony Vegas.
Sorry for mistakes and the maybe wrong section, but i'm ruuushing.

Is this for real? It's hardly a description I can follow.
Perhaps you can say clearly, has the PC been mishandled, damaged, infected, or a new part installed, for example?
Is the imported media from the usual source?
Does the set-up normally work OK?

If you use Generated media - eg TITLES does the program work OK?
Have you tried working with media used on an earlier project, say six months ago, which worked OK?

Please don't be sarcastic We were all eager and dying to experiment with video production when we first started, No point in dousing his enthusiasm.

- You have already started working on the intro.
- You have made everything else that is needed for it.
- You have brought in that intro to Sony Vegas to make a flash on a blackscreen

Am I correct in my assumptions Lightah?

Aw, the flash would be a short thing at the end of the blackscreen

At its simplest a black clip, interposed with a few frames of a white clip would look like a flash. But I expect you would like something more exciting and less iritating to the viewer. I don't use Vegas; but I could imagine there are many ways to get attractive and imaginative flashes.
If you can describe it better, or give an example of the sort of thing you want; then I suspect you can guided in the best way.
Personally, I would give thought to related areas; such as how many frames might the flash last, does it have a colour, should it temorarily distort background image, what effect is the 'effect' intended to have on the audience, how many flashes might be used, might the sequence of flashes build up to a climax?
