Default When run DVD Architect 2.0 - Blue screen

I have pentium 4 2.8 Ghz prescot.
1GB memories dual DDR (2*512)
1 hd Maxtor SATA 80GB
1 hd Samsung SATA 80GB
1 hd WD IDE 80GB

I installed the sony DVD Architect 2.0.
When I run it I receive this blue screen.

Driver Irql Not Less Or Equal
Stop 0x000000d1 ulsata.sys

Someone can help me?
What can I do to repair this big problem?

Found this reply on a site for someone with identical problem

I've had a similar problem. I think this error generally occurs when 2 or more hardware devices (sound card, graphics card etc) try to use the same IRQ channel (something you can check by going to the Device Manager and viewing items by connection) I solved this in my machine by physically moving my soundcard to a new slot...apparently it isn't a good idea to have your sound and graphics cards next to each other. Other possible causes are out of date drivers for your cards - make sure these are up to date too. Hope that helps.
