Hi

I am looking for some software that allows you to superimpose an image or graphic onto each frame in a video file. This graphic would need to be able to be moved around on each frame.

The effect I am looking for is a little like they produce on the TV police shows to cover the number plate on a car in the video.

Does anyone knows of software capable of doing this?

Any software with multiple video layers. This particular effect is a preset in Pure Motion Edit Studio.
