Another 1st time post. I have recently purchased a small sport .h264, 1080p camcorder the RD3211.The playback quality from the camera through the hd tv is brilliant....but when loaded into my laptop the movement is really erratic.the problem i have been told seems to be it records in avi format not movi or mp4.i have tried many different file converters but no joy. Has anyone any ideas
