Default Probelm With Pinnacle moviebox USb on Capturing NTSC VHS

hello friend,
i have problem capturing NTSC videos from analoge source (Sony Video) using composite cable to PC.all i get is green preview screen.with other VHS it is ok but as soon as i put a NTSC vhs the preview screen goeas green.and also on Pal videos the top and the buttom of the captured video shows flashing and distorted lines.what is th eproblem.

i use pinnacle studio v9.2
