Default panasonic codec problem

When I extract it the includec.INF file mentioned in the guide is not there and I only have 3 files

free codecs.txt
PANADV
pdvcodec.dll - how do I run this file if its .dll???

right click on the INF, select install.

In windows explorer, go:

Tools > Folder Options, then select the View tab. Scroll down and untick "hide extensions for known files types" and you'll see that the file named PANADV is the INF file.

I suggest you keep this setting ON, otherwise you could be fooled into thing a .exe as a .jpg for example.
