I am using Adobe Premier Pro, and i was wondering is there any way i can add a background overlay without having a vision mixer, or shooting against a blue or green screen

I have some footage of someone standing outside a house, and i would like to remove the house and put the person in an office enviroment.

I can't think of a way - unless you have the patience to create a frame by frame mask to take out the background! (Not somthing I'd recommend!)
