Default Interlacing Problem When Croping DV Video Captured as AVI

Determined not to have this rotten problem again......

I recently was editing some DV Video that's final output was to be 320x240 for the web. In any case, I croped the source on the modify option in the export settings of Adobe Prem. 6.0. Because the original source was 720x480, I thought I would crop a 320x240 portion out to make it apear that I had a close-up in the final output.

Thus, I exported the Video with the project setting at DV-NTSC Standard 32khz and set to crop at 320x240. When I imported the exported video into another project set at 320x240 Quicktime, I found INTERLACING problems.

I tried selecting the deinterlacing option when I croped it, but it did not work. I also tried to re-export the captured avi with no croping, just deinterlacing on and I got thick horizontal flickers...

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

Any ideas...

Thanks!
