Exe download is html file !?

Exe download is html file !?

All too often , when I try to download an .exe file , it shows up as an .html file.? Currently trying to get DVDFAB-lite , even at it's website , I get
some other error. File as .html is occuring at alternate download sites.
What gives. ?
