help with dazzle video capturing

hi there, i've just bought the Dazzle DVC80 cuz i wanna transfer stuff from my VCR to my PC.

I installed the program on the cd, plug in everything correcting, but i cant get it to work. The program shows that no video capture device has been installed. & the audio recording is soundless.

I dont know a thing about computers so i dont know whats the problem!
