Advice needed please

Im working on a film, and one section of it, calls for a full screen display of a futuristic computer system.

Can you recommend what is the best program I could use to animate it?

Just get a new skin for windows and capture the desktop.

Also there are a bundle of futiristic display 'emitters' for ParticleIllusion. All the sort of techno-nonsence we see on Star Trek every week.
