TMPGEnc and Windows Media 8 Problem

I'm trying to encode in Windows Media 8 using TMPGenc Express, but it only displays the option for windows media 9. I do have media 8 encoder installed. Using Windows XP on a variety of pcs.

How do I get TMPGenc to encode in Windows Media 8.
