Hi.
In my movie, I want some of the shots to appear as though they are shot through a video camera. Hence, I need an interface, and maybe a red dot blinking at the top of the screen or something. I tried doing that with a title, but it just looks bad. Any suggestions?

By the way, I'm using premiere pro.
