Pinnacle Edition 5.0

I'm having problems with my transitions. I see them on Edition
but once I burn my sequence onto a DVD, the transitions/video effects
do not appear. Could it be that I inserted too many effetc (about 15)
or that the length on my video is too large (1:30h)?
I love Edition compare to other softwares by these transitions
are killing me. Can anyone help?
