iRiver h320 Video & 3D Studio Max animations.

Hello, I have an iriver h320 mp3 player, with the latest firmware update to enable video playback. I am trying to get an animation i created in 3d studio max to play on it. Im using VirtualDub to convert to the specs required for the player, but even then, im getting a not supported error on my player.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
any information would be greatly appreciated.
