Default New to Editing with TMPG
Im having trouble with TMPG, Have Sony DVD91E camcorder, am able to convert .VRO to .VOB with TMPG, which enables me to load onto DVD-R for distribution to friends for for playback, but i am unable to open the files in Windows Movie Maker to edit the movie, any ideas? i have tried renaming the video ts files from vob to mpg, but this does not work either

I know i can edit the film a bit in TMPG but want to learn to really edit, would like to start with MM and progress to other software, what do yo suggest?

Convert the files to DV AVI using something like FlaskMPEG.
