whenever i use the magic bullet's misfire plug-in and i try to render, premiere pro freezes up, then closes. is my laptop too slow? (specs are below in my signature)

not at all. i've got 51.5gb free space in the laptop hd, and 28.1 in the external hd.

Defrag your drives, kill all background applications and try again.

i've done that, and i usually have premiere running and nothing else.

do you think if i added more memory (is that possible?) it would get rid of the problem?
if i use magic bullet's misfire plug-ins individually, it'll work fine...on most of them, anyway. i can use some, but not the others. oh well, thanks for the help anyway.
