Default Deinterlacing problem with Airbox

I have Airbox TV server and the problem is that when i set the deinterlacing mode on the ATI Radeon x800 on Bob or any other mode the videos are played fine sometime, sometimes it get really messy, sometime it repeats frames on every second... I dont know how to set it to get constantly perfect video output.
I've tried every combination with the deinterlacin modes from the software and the ati catalyst but no luck...

I'm ripping videos with Canopus ProCoder 3.

My PC configuration is: Intel C2Q Q6000 2.4GHz, 4GB of RAM, ATI Radeon x800, 2TB WD HDDs, Asus P5Q Motherboard and using Windows XP Pro SP2.
