I have a lot of H.264 video files (over 100). I need to add chapter marks to each video for every 15 minutes. I don't mind manually doing this - but I can't find a simple application where I can add chapter marks!

If anyone can point me in the right direction, PC or Mac, I'd be very grateful - thanks.

I don't figure you'll have them if you're after a simple program, but final cut express, final cut pro or dvd studio pro will do it.
