Simple live graphics solution

We regularly webcast live pool & snooker events - mainly from the UK.

I need a simple solution to allow me to overlay score graphics, information during the live webcast.

For the live encoding we use Windows Media Encoder so would need something that could work with this?

Any help would be appreciated
