A & V Out Of Sync In PowerDirector3 - Help Please

I'm new to this site and to the world of transferring my VHS tapes to DVD.

Captured VHS is fine in preview but woefully out of sync when burnt to DVD.

Help appreciated - am using Cyberlink PowerDirector 3.
