DVD MovieFactory for TOSHIBA File.avi is not accessible. please help

I'm Trying to use DVD MovieFactory for TOSHIBA to make a DVD and no matter what .avi file I try to use I get the same error message any help would be great.

[C:\Bluegrizzly\Desktop\moviefile.avi] is not accessible.
