Can Someone help me please.

I really am clueless when it comes to tech, but I am now having to overcome my gremlins to produce budget music videos for myself and people I write for.

I'm using 'ShowBiz', (don't laugh)!! Because I can just about get my head round it, but now, I need to capture a shot of a 'neuclear scream' (I scream and mountains collapse), and oh dear, where do I start, what shoul I use!!??

Any help to me any my aging PC would be most deffinately appreciated.

(please don't use too many techie words either, coz I wont get it)!
