OK i use Fast Video Joiner to join files, some files are different so i have to convert them to the same video file before i join, but sometimes even after i convert them Fast Video Converter tells me the files are different

I want to find out what the best program is for converting video files into other video file types?

atm i am using Total Video Converter

Yes, total video converter have a tool named combine media files in advanced menu. The tool can combine serveral video and audio files to one converted video.

the files you will join must be competely same
i expernce it when two .mpeg files convert successfully ,one is ,another not ,convert it ,join them ,fail
i have no idea about it
so i do my best to make the original same files!

2. Join (without recomoress) same as files
