Guys,

OK i THINK i have found the problem. I was still having problems with the film i have already captured, so i decided to film anything around me for 10 minutes. this time however i filmed at "HD SHQ 1280x720 30FPS SHQ". This time it came out perfectly. not sluggish. perfect.

There are two modes im having problems with in that the finished article is slugish when on the computer. Sound works fine, the video is sluggish and behind the sound.

FULL-HD 1920x1080 60 fields/s

HD-HR 1280x720 60F fps hr

So it looks like anything above 60FPS is what currently im having the problems with. Is this a problem with the computer, or the camera please? How can i solve this issue? Any advice is very much appreciated.
