Do you need edit video? or simple split ? may be cut scene?

if need edit video , decompress and comopress every frame, i'm think than 2-3 mins is inpossible for 2-3 hr video.

if only split, join, or cut scene, it is possible. You can for it use for ex. VideoCHarge and output format "Without ReCompress"
