| | total newbie
Hi,
I am a total newbie to this editing lark, but i have a quesiton and i just want to know if it can be done?
I have a video, in file format .3gp. One .66 second frame is from a different video to the rest of it which i overwrote with the main one.
Is there anyway to retrieve the old movie using this one frame? what program is best if it can be down and would i be able to do it?
thanks, sorry for being so daft!

If you overwrote one file with another then there is no way of retrieving it. Did it not put a prompt on the screen alerting you to what you were going to do? How come you still have one frame from the file you overwrote?

How do you know it's there? Can you find the file or play it back?

It really doesn't matter what the overwrite was done on, if it's been overwritten, it's gone. The rogue frame may be still there if you stopped recording and started again when re-recording?
