As this title says, its probably a simple answer... but I don't know whats wrong here, so if someone could help me out, that'd be very nice..

So I make a few gaming videos, and I was just experimenting with Sony Vegas (8.0), just to.. improve my techniques? (I'm kinda new to editing)

So, I was testing an effect I like, the light rays, but when the panel comes up for it, the key frame option isn't there, and I don't know how to get it up...

Heres a screen shot of what I'm talking about...

So yea.. if anyone knows how to fix that, leave a comment..

PS: Sorry if theres already posts up about this, but I couldn't find anyone asking about my same situation...
