Default Problem...

Okay, I'm making a music video. The footage (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) is MPEG. Now, I downloaded a few videos, uploaded them, and began editing. Everything was working peachy keen. But then as I uploaded the next video, and put it into the timeline, I noticed that the video began "hiccupping" I guess you could say. It would jump back to a previous second or like, oh, a milisecond, then continue the normal video. Then it would start again, and so on.

What's going on? None of the other clips did this. I even downloaded another video and it started doing it. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks in advance!

Oh, and I'm using MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 10.
