So far the best i found is Video Watermarker , i run a video blog and it fts my needs.
It is not free though, i decided to tell you just because it costs 80% less than the average.

Personally, i'm using to add watermark on video a VideoCharge Studio.

Of couse, i know that exist lot of prorgrams which can do it as well, but i love a VideoCharge Studio so this program has lot of functions very impotent for me.

for example, batch mode, command line, video editing sunction as split, join, ets...

so i recomend to look this software, i think you dont pity
