This forum came up first in Google and it seems like there are lots of people here who know what to do. Perhaps someone can help me out...
I started usig Sorenson squeeze 4.2 the other day. Only problem is that when the compressed videos playback there is no audio. I've downloaded several codecs that are listed in "edit preset" settings to try and fix it but there is still no sound.
The videos I am trying to compress are all .avi files created in Ulead Media Studio Pro.

I've just bought Sorenson squeeze and I have the same problem. I don't understand which 'intelligent preset' to use. Can anyone help.

I've heard of Sorenson but have never used it on .avi files. I always use Microsoft DV AVI II and have never had any problems with it. Why have you decided to use Sorenson instead of DV AVI II?
