export HD (timeline) video to tape in xp x64

Hello,
Is there anyone else who has the same problem?
I try to export video back to tape.
Video is HDV (donwloaded Sony HC3E) and project is HDV as well.
I tru to use Premiere Pro and Edius 4.51 and i've got the same problem on both.

It's just not working and ending with error.

I'm using xp x64 version and i know that this is the problem of x64 platform.

Is there anyone who solve this problem?
