Best video conversion software?

I've been looking for a long time for decent video conversion software. Right now i'm using EO Video, but it's painfully slow. It uses about 30% proccessor and converts slower than all other software i have tried, however it is the most powerfull thing i can find.

So if anyone knows of some high quality conversion software that can convert to and from any installed codec, please tell me
