Smile DVD to MPEG Converter?

Hi everyone,

Im having a spot of bother converting my DVD files to MPEG. I cant see to find any decent free software out there which do a good job.

Can anyone recommend a program?

I dont really want to pay for a whole package as its only one thing i need to convert from the DVD to MPEG.

Cheers Rob

I'm not certain Virtualdub can convert to MPG.

VOB files are essentially MPG files already aren't they?

Whenever I have an issue about converting VOB files (or any other file conversion, for that matter) I always start here:

virtualdub sucks.

u wont get the same quality as the one from VOB.

there's always that movement blur when things or your camera moves
