Problems with capturing video

We have a problem. We got 21 DV tapes (21 hours of video) that needs to be transferred into a computer without a lot of time to do it.

I want each scene to be captured into an seperate file and that the program does this automatic. Problems are that we never did set time and date on the camera and most programs seems to use the time stamp for the scene detection. We tried Pinnacle studio where you can select to make the scene detection by each frame content which works perfectly. Only problem is that it doesn´t make individual files out of it.. only different scenes within the Studio project.

Does anyone have a tip about a program that can solve this problem?

It would be much much appreciated.

I know that Adobe Premier pro when capturing using the auto scene detect will create seperate files (AVI) for each scene detected based on frame content. It's not bullet proof (i.e. occasionally when two scenes are similar enough it just doesn;t know to cut) but it works well enough to use.

I have the same problem once in a while...
I tried Premiere CS3.. but only found the time-stamp detection.

What is this "Pro" version?? Or is there an setup thing I missed??
