Default Help with Windows Media Encoder
I am a newbie to this forum... My question is what program do I need to buy to edit and clip out movies in 5 minute clips. I have Windows media encoder 9 and I could not find the editor.. Do I need to buy this program or where could I find the program that will encode movies into Windows and edit them for movie clips and previews.. Thank you for all your help.

If you want a freeware videoediting app, and have windows XP, try out Windows Movie Maker.
