Cool viewing mac video on pc

hey there,
got a mac video file sent to me via yousendit but i cant view it on my pc...i tried adding .avi to the name, i can now view the image but theres no audio.....is .avi the correct extension??????

any info appreciated.

What is the actual file extension if it is .mov or .mp4 download quicktime from quicktime.com to play it.
