Problems OnTop Of Problems

Alright, I downloaded the ArcSoft 2.0.9 free trial software to edit a movie that I am making. All the files are .MOV format (Quicktime). When I go to Produce the movie, each individual clip I pasted together only plays the first 2 seconds, over and over, untill a new one comes, but the audio is perfectly fine.

I have no idea what format to save it as.

Im going to post it on YouTube.

Any suggestions?
