no video will ever maintain quality when you downsize it through compression - its impossible.

Its eben more impossible to make a video less than 100Kb. Even mobile videos which are awful quality are ususally at lest 3Mb.

100 MB for sure - otherwise referred to as the Youtube limit.

Boudey - I like the Xvid avi codec - its free. How long is your video?

Somewhere I saw a tutorial on how to format a video so it looks the best when submitting it for You Tube. Since you tube converts video to Flash it was important to make a video in this manner. I think the tutorial said to make it in Quicktime. Wish I could remeber where it was I saw this video. Maybe it was on You Tube itself but a quick search didn't find it. Anyone remember seeing this?

Edit: This is not exactly what I was looking for but is has a little info anyway. http://blogs.chron.com/makingmovies/...e_and_the.html

This link is specifically for Vegas but the principal is the same - jus use the same encoding settings he suggests: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03p3UlvkAT4
