I bought a digital cam which can record video, which I used to record short clips of i and my friends during our last year party. It was my first time use and I was feeling great that fine, i would get myself some video.

the problem is i have some clips which I filmed with the camera and I had positioned it vertically. I didnt know that if i turned the camea horizontally, the film will follow suite. as such, after copying the files to my pc and playing them with windows media player, ex: the playing video is positioned horizontally(my head is on the left of the screen and my leg is on the right - as if one is laying down) on screen, as such, i have to bend my head to the left to see the video properly. other clips for which i positioned the camera the correct way have no problems.

is there a way, i can edit the clips positioned horizontally, as in rotate them somehow?

You can use Virtualdub to rotate and crop the footage appropriately.
