Batch MPEG-2 Editor

I have scoured Google to try and find a batch MPEG-2 editor that will allow me to add a volume increase to multiple clips at once but have been unsuccessful, anyone know of a program that will let me do this? I have over 100 clips to edit in this way and doing them one by one with TMPGEnc Plus will take forever, thanks in advance for any help...
