I've just opened up Premiere Pro and I've tried importing a Mpeg movie that I've got on my P.C. But premeire keeps saying that it cannot import because
"Unsupported audio rate in file"
I've never had this problem before.
Can somebody let me know how I can rectify this as the video is my two kids presenting their own guide to our summer holiday resort!!

Import the video into something like VirtualDudMod, then export the audio as uncompressed WAV.

I had the same problem with Premiere Pro in my new PC and installed this mpeg2 codec by Ligos. Now I can import these files without any problems.
