Why? Capturing via f wire will capture all the audio information 'as is', level adjustments can be done in the editor. If the levels are far too low off the tape then there is nothing to be gained by boosting during capture and I have never seen an app with that option either.
Following the crap in crap out rule it is always best to get the levels right as you film, if you need to left levels more than a little you will have problems with noise and nasty digital artifacts.
