Streaming Application

I am using Windows Media Encoder 9 from Microsoft for live streaming.

Is there an application so i can do a live TV Show (like show a analog clock or switch video`s)?

Webcam software would seem to be your best bet. Something like http://www.orangeware.com/endusers/webcamdv.html should do the trick. Note however that this is essentially turning your PC into a server with all the necessary caveats that go with it.

If you have a video capture card that supports phono or s-video you can use windopws media encoder. Set it up to choose the video card as the video source.
