Default Extracting burnt in timecode

Hi Guys n Girls

I was wondering if anyone had had any experience extracting burnt in timecode from avi's.

Ideally i'm looking for some software that can use ocr to read the information at a given frame.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Matt
