Converting to flv format

I need to convert videos to flv format. Preferably I would like to convert my VOB files to flv for upload to a site. Alternatively, I would do WMV to flv. Any software recommendations, preferably free stuff?

Flash encoder eight would take it from WMV, Then ajjust the frame rate to 25fps.

Try video to flash converter. Useful tool. Also it generate HTML code for web site.It's pity but it costs. Price is 59.95 USD. But to tell the truth I don't know is there free and worth converter. Guess no. But if you find let me know
