I got all paranoid now about drive failures... did a bit of searching and learned something I didnt know - drives have self monitoring system to let you know when they are getting on a bit.

Found this free utilty to read this info - http://www.passmark.com/products/diskcheckup.htm

Mine are all okay, but it wont read my sata system drive, but i think that is beacuse my system is a bit weird.

Default Thats it

OK first off I would like to thank you all for your support but after looking at WMM2 the many problems I have with it I guess are unsolvable. To list them:

1. Projects take upwards of 30min to open if the program dosnt freeze first
2. WMM2 freezes while shortning clips onthe time line
3. The program freezes during preview of the video

So im going to have to accept that no professional pragrams do the one thing that Like about WMM2 and thats the clip wizard. So now im looking at other ones that will come close. So im up for suggestions but ibe given up on WMM2.
