Lifestyle footage

Hi, I mainly do architectural visualisation but want to experiment with incorporating lifestyle footage to see how it might enhance the proposed designs, for example, stereotypical couple/family both interior and exterior generally enjoying life in their new home etc...

Most certainly marketing because it ain't real life !

Does anyone know where can I get some royalty free footage - possibly samples or productions discs ?
